About the Anime
Kindhearted Tanjiro finds his family slaughtered by a demon. His sister Nezuko, is the only survivor. She has been transformed into a demon herself. Tanjiro vows to become a demon slayer in hopes that he can tranform his sister back into a human. He sets out to kill the demon that killed his family. During his travels he maintains a close bond with Nezuko. He has become her caretaker and guardian.
A host of characters, alliances, adversaries and perils unwind as the tale unfolds.
