Reflections from the Corona Shutdowns
When I started 7Shadows Market the focus was to build something meaningful that filled a niche in our community. The purpose was to offer cool stuff in a manner where I could interact with people without any corporate craziness. Customers should become clients. Clients should become friends. Soon everyone should become part of a tribe. I continue to be amazed at the overwhelming support from so many people. I never gave much thought to building a huge online ecommerce platform because I am more of a community oriented “people person” . There is a phenomenal energy and love movement in our River Region where people actively support local bars, local artists, local artisans, local musicians, locally owned restaurants and shops. Thank you to everyone who is a part of that harmonious energy. Thank you for including 7Shadows in that glorious circle. Thank you to the travelers who frequent little out of the way restaurants and shops like ours. We will be back stronger than ever when this all passes. All of us will be back with your help. The buy local movement is real. It is powerful. Let’s keep it going. My sincere love and gratitude to everyone in our 7Shadows family of geeks and freaks. God bless you.
